These machines work two muscle groups each, so it's like having ten machines. For aerobic exercise there are two recumbent bikes, two running machines, and a stair master, all from Sci-Fit, the company that outfitted the athletes' training center at the Atlanta Olympics. The Spa area includes a  five man shower, a sauna, a steam room, and a Jacuzzi. There is also an expanded video lounge on the upper floor of the building.

Every room has a color TV/VCR with cable service (we have a library of videos you can borrow without charge,) air conditioning/heater with ceiling fan, direct dial phone with data port, AM-FM clock radio, a security safe, and a refrigerator.   20% Discounts for military men and college students over 18.
